Don't stop when you're tired! Stop when you're done!

Don't stop when you're tired! Stop when you're done!
You said you would deliver.
Then deliver.
- Nobody owes you applause for a long day, a packed calendar or another sleepless night.
- Your customer is waiting for a solution.
- Your team is waiting for a decision.
- The deadline is getting closer.
Effort is your input. Results are your responsibility.
- Make the uncomfortable call.
- Follow up on the offer.
- Resolve the issue everyone keeps pushing into the next meeting.
- Finish the damn job.
And stop hiding behind “We’re working on it.”
- What is finished?
- What is still open?
- Who owns it?
- By when?
The "WHO - WHEN - WHAT" is what counts and matters.

Leadership means asking those questions—and accepting the same questions yourself.
Rest.
Recharge.
Then come back and honour your commitment.
Exhaustion earns you a break.
It doesn’t erase your responsibility.
Your actions define you.
Your excuses expose you.
Get your shit done before it gets you done.
